This is the only Yacyna I could find and the listing is for Kyiv, the city.
There are two possibilities for your village, one is called Uriv in Makarivskij district > Kyiv region and the other is Urky in Kozelschynskij district > Poltava region.
I checked Poltava for the surname and found no Yacina in the region.
Urko = diminitive, Georgie
Urij = George
Translation of town name, Uriv = BELONGING TO GEORGE
I am assuming that your ancestral village is Uriv.
Your ancestral village URIV (Юрів in Ukr) still exists, but today it is very small,
with a population of 356 people.
The following is the address to the Village Administrator's office.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING YET.
There is a URL for the Makarivskij district Telephone Directory,
that I am trying to access. It is not unusual to have some difficulty,
especially trying access from New York City, where I am.

LDS has not filmed Pravoslavny/Orthodox records for URIV. I am checking
further.
You may have to submit an inquiry to the Historial Archives in Kyiv???
I will provide you with address.
